With your Creative Arts Savings Member Card Debit Card, you have access to hundreds of ATMs on THE EXCHANGE® ATM Network in Ontario, and over 2,200 ATMs across Canada. All ding-free.

What’s a surcharge anyway?

A surcharge is a fee that the owner of an ATM charges to a user. ATMs that surcharge have a warning screen that appears before the completion of a transaction. Surcharges are not the same as transaction or account fees, and could range anywhere from $1.25 per transaction and up.

What’s THE EXCHANGE Network?

THE EXCHANGE Network is a full-service ATM network. Participants include most credit unions, HSBC, and National Bank of Canada. This gives all Creative Arts Savings members the benefit of surcharge-free withdrawals via their Member Card at any of these ATMs nationally.

How do I find a ding-free ATM?

You can find a ding-free ATM near you using the ATM locator at www.the-exchange.ca. You can also use your Member Card Debit Card to get cash back without an additional fee on Interac Direct Payment transactions at select merchants.
